New England Aster Tincture, 2oz
This is a blended glycerin tincture of New England Aster, Lemon Balm, and Elderberry. These herbs’ healing properties meld together in a syrup that is relaxing to the lungs and nervous system and supports the immune system to fight off infection. Aster is an excellent medicine for lung complaints, specifically coughs, congestion, asthmatic problems and tensed, spastic states of the lungs. Aster tincture is good to use where viral coughs linger after illness. It will help to calm and relax, allowing the cough to ease and providing relief. Elderberry adds gentle yet powerful immune support to the blend; Lemon Balm is both relaxing, and anti-viral properties. Illness can be distressful, especially a cough that gives no relief. Lemon Balm enhances the relaxing effect of Aster and can help in bringing about a restful sleep, which is so important when you are sick.

Forest Balm, 2oz
This pain relieving salve has a deep, earthy scent, reminiscent of a hike through the bush. Needles of White Pine, Red Pine, Balsam Fir and Juniper are soaked in jars of organic, cold pressed Sunflower Oil, placed in the sun to help release the healing properties of the needles. Cottonwood buds are harvested late in winter when they are thick with their aromatic and healing resin. These are also soaked in sunflower oil, gently heated by the woodstove which encourages the resin to release from the buds into the sunflower oil. Next these oils are carefully strained out and combined with locally produced beeswax. A few drops of Sweet Birch essential oil is then added to the mix.
